• Serve as the EcoFinancing LLR and reporting analyst; build and maintain data models using Airbyte, dbt, Snowflake, Looker, and scheduled reports using Google Sheets for consumer lending (EcoFinancing), Finance, and external partners, including banks and loan-loss reserve (LLR) government programs; own the data stack’s administrative tasks as they relate to loan operations
• Built the suite of EcoFinancing reports; automated scheduled reports for internal and external partners; built and maintained data models for online orders, claims and rebates, applications, energy efficiency and LLR regulations, and consumer loans
• Provided data services to assist company-wide system migrations; translated and streamlined legacy PostgreSQL code to Snowflake for a database migration; built a portfolio tracker that dynamically classifies ~1.3K loans based on critical flags and prioritization rules during a 7-week loan serving platform migration

• Built the suite of Care and Operations scheduled reporting; developed the department’s data models using Redshift SQL, LookML, InContact and Salesforce objects; created Looker dashboards for departmental key metrics; served as SME of the department’s Looker space
• Developed data models that dynamically cluster related accounts and identify top revenue account clusters; operationalized the reporting (revenue, churn) of these top accounts
• Streamlined staff spending for a 24/7 Care team by building a schedule optimization tool in Google Sheets; the suite included baseline staffing thresholds based on an updated hourly ticket volume, a time-off tracker, attendance scorecards, timezone support across three timezones, and management dashboards
